ZD1100 flashing red led on status. Getting ping but unable to access via browser. Have reset it, but it not working at all. Any suggestions?

ZD1100 is not working and flashing red led on status.. Getting ping but unable to access via browser. Have reset it, but its not working at all.. I dont see any fault on switch side of the uplink. Also its AMC expired on 30 June, 2020. Any suggestions?

Try connecting to the console and see what you see... doesn't sound good.
End of Sale was June 30, 2015. Last day for Repair or Replace was June 30, 2020.

Hi Irshad,

"flashing red" means system has hardware issue.

Try to follow factory reset on ZD and recover it. If it is still failing then raise a case with support for replacement.

Beyond this, I don't think we can do any additional troubleshooting, RMA is the only option.

Log a case with support and check if device is still eligible for RMA under RTF mode (Return to Factory).
