Hello,

There is no other option of changing access method from https to http.
To workaround the issue - try a different browser like firefor or IE

for more on this error on chrome - read the link - https://code.google.com/p/chromium/is...

Try on 2 computers. Can open only http url like http://192.168.0.2/tools/wc.jsp
And it's work...

On boot it's write warning about free space and mount system like read-only:

Starting tftpd ...
Starting vsftpd ...
Initializing ZoneDirector...
REISERFS warning: reiserfs-5082 is_leaf: free space seems wrong: level=1, nr_items=19, free_space=20 rdkey
REISERFS error (device sda4): vs-5150 search_by_key: invalid format found in block 32784. Fsck?
REISERFS (device sda4): Remounting filesystem read-only
REISERFS error (device sda4): vs-13070 reiserfs_read_locked_inode: i/o failure occurred trying to find stat data of [2 177 0x0 SD]

Can I fix it?

I doubt, try upgrading or hard resetting.

When I try upgrade it say out of memory... On ZD1106 I can't reinstall system with cleaning and format file system?
PS of course I did the hard reset.
PSS I have full boot log and upload it here: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/6...
If I no way to fix this problem - please write, and I return this device...
PSSS Maybe Ruckus support can help to me remote? I can open access to this ZD over SSH.

Hello RZ3DVP.

you have solved the problem you have with your device, if so could post like you did to solve, or someone else who can help us.

what happens is that I have a similar problem with a ZoneDirector 1100, which does not start, when I connect to the console I found a mistake. We add the boot record showing the error.

Customers with unrecoverable ZoneDirector should please contact Technical Support with your ZD serial number. The above sounds like corrupt Flash or
memory on system board that may require RMA.

If only the first question, please know that factory default of ZD will not clear/reset
any previous certificates installed. If you can SSH to ZD, you can use CLI configure
commands to reset ZD certificate to default too.

This will restart your ZoneDirector after certificate is reset.

ruckus> en
ruckus# config
ruckus (config)# certificate
ruckus (config-certificate)# restore
ZoneDirector will restart now to apply the changes in the certificate settings.

[ and you lose your connection ]

Run a continuous ping from a DOS command prompt window, until your ZoneDirector replies again, when you can try the HTTPS WebGUI once more.

Hello Edardo Jesús Álvarez DamiÁn,
I couldn't fix this problem and return device to seller.
I tried restore certificate but it's didn't help for me.
