We have problem with connection and download application software to knx lan through wi-fi.

Hi. We have problem with connection and download application software to knx lan through wi-fi. We have ruckus ZoneDirector 1200 and 3 Ruckus R500. ip routers connects usually through 3671 port and have some multicast address. And maybe they connecting through tcp and udp. How we can open this ports? In diagnostics knx shows that connection available but when we begin to download anything it tells us that device(ip router) doesn't exist.

some dumb questions here:

whats not working?
Is device able to connect ok but not able to download application software?
Is device not able to connect ok?
does this task work ok on the same device on LAN and on other WLAN?

By default, application which work on Multicast C needs some tweak on the Ruckus side. There are no ports which can be opened on controller or AP.

When we check the connection it tells that it's ok, but when we press upload button it's wait some time and tells that device not found.  And yes, if we connect to D-link switch througt cable it works. Ruckus connected to this switch too.
