upgrade firmware via tftp in mm2211

i want to upgrade firmware via tftp in mm2211. but i am not getting the reply from the routers gateway. also i am not able to open the default login page of the router, so i have gone through a few websites and would like to know the following.

1) where is the jtag port on 2211.
2) where is the serial port on 2211.
3) does anyone have a step by step guide on how to connect a serial console to 2211 and then do a tftp and flash the original firmware.

please note that i have tried every type of reset from holding down the reset button to 30-30-30 reset and so on but nothing works.

Use a paper clip and press the indented Hard Reset button to the far right of the back of the mm2211.

If you hard code your PC with an IP address in 192.168.30.x/24 subnet, you should be able to ping/HTTP
to the mm2211's 192.168.30.1 address.

If you cannot access the default login page of the mm2211, you likely have an ISP model, OEM'd from Ruckus
which we cannot alter/modify.

thanks for your reply but i tried its not working, thats because when i inserted a pin it was not giving me any kind of resistance or a feedback of a button. so i opened my unit to check inside and found that the reset button was bent, maybe some one in my family tried it too hard, and as i tried to bring it back to its normal position, it broke. 
 and when i connect it to a pc. it connects quickly but doesnt assign a gateway to the pc. 
if it assign a gateway i can ping it, but after multiple ipconfig commands there is no gateway. 

the only solution is  a serial way or a jtag method, can you assist in either of these.
most probably i would like to go with serial console method.

also please note that the router is in perfectly working condition. its juts that i am not able to access the administration page.

I'm sorry Sahil,(before I will be unavailable on a week's PTO), but we no longer offer support on the mm2211, that has been End of Lifed by the company, beyond the documentation and firmware found on the Support site.

My offering has been solely a "best effort" assist, and if default with hard reset has not allowed you access, it may be a Ruckus partner ISP product, that we could not access/modify in any case.  Where did you acquire your mm2211?  Can you contact them for possible further support?
