Hi, I am an engineer at KRFTSNAB ALC from the Republic of Belarus. We are the
first to test Ruckus products in the laboratory of our national telecommunications operator Beltelecom. Help solve the problem with DHCP Option 82 Remote ID Format. Our Republican Wi-Fi network is built on Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
Here is an example of how a session report is generated when a subscriber connects through the Ruckus access point:
Fri Nov  9 12:19:34 2018
        Acct-Session-Id = "15/0/1/533_039CF289"
        Framed-Protocol = PPP
        Cisco-Service-Info = "NINTERNET-FREE"
        Cisco-AVPair = "parent-session-id=15/0/1/533_039CEB3D"
        Acct-Input-Packets = 22640
        Acct-Output-Packets = 28217
        Acct-Input-Octets = 2076866
        Acct-Output-Octets = 38086686
        Cisco-Control-Info = "I0;2076866"
        Cisco-Control-Info = "O0;38086686"
        Framed-IP-Address = 100.97.33.16
        User-Name = "[email protected]"
        Acct-Session-Time = 900
        Acct-Terminate-Cause = Session-Timeout
        Cisco-AVPair = "disc-cause-ext=Session Timeout"
        Acct-Status-Type = Stop
        Calling-Station-Id = "acc1.ee43.e079"
        NAS-Port-Type = Ethernet
        NAS-Port = 533
        NAS-Port-Id = "15/0/1/533"
        Cisco-AVPair = "vendor-class-id-tag=android-dhcp-6.0.1"
        Cisco-AVPair = "circuit-id-tag=WLAN:wlan33:533:TestBELTELECOM2:R510:RuckusAP:34:8F:27:2B:30:50"
        Cisco-AVPair = "remote-id-tag=348f272b30503a5465737442454c54454c45434f4d32"
        Service-Type = Framed-User
        NAS-IP-Address = 172.26.11.6
        Event-Timestamp = "Nov  9 2018 12:19:34 +03"
        NAS-Identifier = "a1k-wifi-2"
        Acct-Delay-Time = 0

        Stripped-User-Name = "375333646000"
        Realm = "free"
        Timestamp = 1541755174
remote-id is not displayed correctly

This is how it should be displayed correctly:
Fri Nov  9 12:19:50 2018
        Acct-Session-Id = "15/0/1/913_039C5EA0"
        Cisco-Service-Info = "NINTERNET-UN"
        Framed-Protocol = PPP
        Framed-IP-Address = 100.105.207.210
        Cisco-AVPair = "parent-session-id=15/0/1/913_039C5913"
        User-Name = "[email protected]"
        Cisco-Control-Info = "I0;9246354"
        Cisco-Control-Info = "O0;303569793"
        Acct-Input-Packets = 92810
        Acct-Output-Packets = 226940
        Acct-Input-Octets = 9246354
        Acct-Output-Octets = 303569793
        Acct-Session-Time = 3638
        Acct-Status-Type = Interim-Update
        Calling-Station-Id = "241f.a0ad.fde1"
        NAS-Port-Type = Ethernet
        NAS-Port = 913
        NAS-Port-Id = "15/0/1/913"
        Cisco-AVPair = "circuit-id-tag=00000000"
        Cisco-AVPair = "remote-id-tag=e8edf31ba050:BELTELECOM"
        Cisco-AVPair = "vendor-class-id-tag=dhcpcd-5.5.6"
        Service-Type = Framed-User
        NAS-IP-Address = 172.26.11.6
        Event-Timestamp = "Nov  9 2018 12:19:50 +03"
        NAS-Identifier = "a1k-wifi-2"
        Acct-Delay-Time = 0
        Acct-Unique-Session-Id = "c2d234f2ebfba5be"
        Realm = "beltel.by"
        Timestamp = 1541755190

I think the problem is in Hex format. For Cisco, you need to use ASCII, is it possible to enable this feature on the ZD 3000?

This is a very important part of testing that will allow you to sell Ruckus
products to expand the Wi Fi network in our country.
