Some Guestpasses stop working

Hi All

One of my Customers has a strange problem with a ZD1100, FW-9.8.1.
For every room in the Hotel we have one fixed Guestpass for free access. All Guestpasses are valid and can be shared by 10 devices. I have imported them with CSV-Import.

Now some of the guest passes stop working, login not possible and i hav no idea why?

Anyone with the same issues out there?

Hi Biagio Aeberhard,

If i read you right then this issue sounds like a potential bug however just test it more to be sure that there is no typo while entering the passes and not passed the time validity and device limit.

Do you see this issue with older firmware and with ZD generated guest passes?
some of the guest passes which stopped working, what error they throw?

If all has been done and verified, issue still exist then time is ripe to open a support ticket with problematic guest passes and ZD debug file.

yes for me it looks like a Bug too.
On ZD with older Firmware, there is no problem.

There error is: This is an invalid Guest Pass. Please try again.

Now i have already opened a Support Ticket.
