Hi Maykeling,

There maybe different reasons why an AP is not joining the controller:
1. AP License is not enough in the ZD.
2. ZD firmware is new\old with the AP firmware.
3. AP firmware.
4. AP is not able communicate with the ZD.
5. AP is unable to get the config from the ZD.

It would be best to contact our support team so that they can help on this.

Is you controller running on US country code? If yes, then I don't see any issue.

Please open a case with support.

Hi Maykeling,

This is why AP is not connecting to controller.

AP is purchased with US product/part number "901-R510-US00" and ZD is configured with different country code than US.

You have two options to fix this issue.
  1. Return the APs to the reseller and purchase the APs with "901-R510-WW" code.
  2. Change the country code of ZD from GT to US (Strongly NOT recommended, as it may be against your local country telecommunication regulatory rules).
