Ruckus Cloud website down?

Is the Ruckus Cloud website degraded for anyone else? All customers' devices are "disconnected" and website is in a read-only mode for me and my coworker.

How long the devices are in a disconnected state?

Hi Jim,

Is your company name "TBNG CONSULTING"?

I think you already logged a case with us and our admin team already responded to you.

It seems you are not a prime admin for this account and that is why access is limited.

Let us know more details and we will check this further. Also check if APs are still showing disconnected, if yes, please report the issue over a support case and support team will check the issue.
