Onboarding SSID Not Being Removed During Enrollment

Anyone else have issues with the onboarding SSID not being removed during enrollment?  I have set the onboarding SSID as a conflicting network in Cloudpath but on iOS when a device is enrolled the profile will install successfully but the device stays on the onboarding SSID.  If I toggle wifi off and back on it connects to secure.  On Android it will move me to the secure SSID during enrollment but randomly when I leave coverage and come back the device will connect back to the onboarding SSID and prompt to login again.

It only works on devices/OS which support removing the SSID. For those devices it doesn't work on, the end user will need to manually forget/remove the onboarding SSID.
