He there, i have a new SmartZone 100 WLC and i do the frist configuration and set the admin password. Now, the SZ100 had change the IP and i try to LOGIN but i get the INFO "Unable to log on as the specified administrator. Reason: SCG is currently out of service"
I've not seen that message, but I suggest to please factory reset and begin again? Try connect off network, with just your PC and the SZ-100, def IP = 192.168.0.2, uid/pw = admin/admin. Does this help? If problem persists, might require Tech Support.
