LED indicators showing 2.4 and 5Ghz signal is down

Hi, I have a couple of R310 unleashed and I'm seeing the LED indicators for either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz not lighting up even though I'm standing right next to the AP with my device. What could be causing it? My device supports both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz connection.

Try a reboot.

i tried rebooting and resetting the AP, the result is the same

Are you connected to/thru the Unleashed R310?

If you have a *couple* AP's, could your device be connecting to a different AP offering the same SSID? Does Ruckus Unleashed's UI claim you're connected to the AP you're standing beside?
