not sure why, but this does not show you how to ENABLE snmp (only set the options) , tried set snmp enable   or enabled    give output below (ie cmd not found):

Usage: set snmp {options}
                 ->version <value>,             SNMP version(v2c,v3,both)
                 ->system contact <value>,      SNMP V2c system contact
                 ->system location <value>,     SNMP V2c system location
                 ->community ro <name>,         read-only community name
                 ->community rw <name>,         read-write community name
                 ->trap {enable|disable},       SNMP V2c trap enable flag
                 ->trap-svr <ipaddr>,           SNMP V2c trap server ipaddr

rkscli: get snmp
SNMP   enable             : disable
SNMP   version            : v2c and v3
SNMPv2 ro community       : public
SNMPv2 rw community       : private
SNMPv2 sys contact        : https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact_us
SNMPv2 sys location       : 'xxxx'
SNMPv2 trap enable        : enable
SNMPv2 trap server        :
SNMPv2 trap/inform

rkscli: set snmp enable Sorry, no match to set snmp enable found

rkscli: set snmp up
Usage: set snmp {options}
                 ->version
