Am I the only one getting questions now from BYOD iOS users trying to enroll that are having problems. It seems like a recent update (12.3?) has changed the way that iOS installs configuration profiles. Before, a user would click the link to install the profile in cloudpath and they would be taken to the iOS settings app and the profile would automatically pop up with an option to install. Now it just tells them that a configuration profile was downloaded and they have to go find "Downloaded Profiles" and install it there. I assume there is no way around that because it's an iOS issue and not a cloudpath issue but it's frustrating.
