H500 cannot discover the smartzone 100

H500 and smartzone in same vlan. Manually Configure the Controller Address on the AP’s Web Interface already by the AP still cannot discover the smartzone? Wireshark was finding the AP  send a hello packet to smartzone . Is that a region issue or license issue?

H500 version: 104.0.0.0.1347
Smartzone version:  3.0.4.0.667

try it using "set scg ip 1.1.1.1"

i believe the sz100 needs to be running 3.4.2 or above (or 3.4.0 with the ap bundle patch) to recognize the H500. I ran into that issue myself before.

Since I upgraded the firmware to 3.2.1.0.193 that H500 success a registry to Smartzone. Thanks so much!

Hi Joshua. The AP lost the connection when a restart the AP. I will contact ruckus to get your mentioned firmware and test again.
