The current alert sends out email immediately when it one of the conditions are met. Sometime this may not be ideal. We are an IT MSP for businesses and we perform maintenance routinely, such as updating firmware, rebooting APs etc. Our automatic ticket generating system generates a service ticket for all emails received. When we perform maintenance on APs the ZD would send out alerts immediately, resulting in unnecessary ticket creation. It would be good to be able to put a timer on the alert setting, say, send out alert if AP lost contact with ZD for 15 minutes.
