I know that this is due to poor NAT performance on standalone APs.

Anyone have good idea?

Hi Jeronimo,

What version of firmware is your AP using?  If it's the Standalone (100.x.x.x) firmware then either ensure you are on the latest version or I would recommend upgrading to the Unleashed firmware, which is much more feature-rich than the Standalone version.

Thanks,
Darrel.

Have you tried installing the Unleashed firmware, performing a factory-reset, re-configuring and seeing if the fault persists?

Thanks,
Darrel.

Hi Jeronimo,

You would need to raise a support ticket on support.ruckuswireless.com in order to get details of the meaning of the FWLOG message, as it will most likely require input from engineering.

I understand the user wants to use the AP standalone, however I would still urge you to at least try the Unleashed code as it is has many more features and will provide better peformance, even on a single AP, than the standalone code.  If the error persists with Unleashed code then you could have a faulty AP.

Regards,
Darrel.
