I have some debug logs that I need to open to troubleshoot some disconnection problems we are having. ZoneDirector has output the file in .dbg format, and I cannot find anything that will open it for me!
There is an easy way to open this by login to the support website.
i.e. Please visit https://support.ruckuswireless.com/ you will an option called Log Analyzer under Tools Section which will help you in decrypting the .dbg file.
