Hi Jim,

An R350 will potentially be on the future roadmap but the greatest Wi-Fi 6 benefits come with multiple spatial streams, so these are the products being released first.  Please see more details on the Commscope website here: https://www.commscope.com/product-type/enterprise-networking/wi-fi-access-points-accessories/?pageSi...

Thanks,
Darrel.

Will it be possible for any of these APs to support Wi-Fi 6E in the future or will that require new hardware?

Hi David,

Wi-Fi 6E will require new AP hardware as a completely new radio (capable of operating in 6GHz) will be required.

My assumption is we'll initially see this is high-performance tri-radio APs with 2.4/5/6GHz functionality.

Whether we'll see a new generation of 2.4+6 and/or 5+6 GHz APs will probably depend on the type of client devices that adopt the new 6GHz technology.

HTH,
Darrel.
