Zone Director 1200 Not Connected Web İnterface

Hi,

I can not access the device 's web interface .
I need to reboot my reach .
After a while, it lost access happening again . The upper status LED flashes red . Then simultaneous wireless connections are breaking and coming back. Best regards

Are you sure, your network connections (switch) is stable ?
Did you use the original power supply of the unit ?

Did you try the second port of the ZD1200 ?

Yes Perfect network no ping lost. No wired network problems.

No problem when I run it standalone access points
I have this problem when I get to the circuit ZD1200

Can you give us more info on that ?
You mean when you set the access points as standalone, you can access the webgui from the ZD1200 again ?
if so that looks like a network ip addressing issue.

you should be able to see what happens when you do a packet trace between the ZD1200 and the switch. (most switches, Cisco / HP you can setup a port as monitoring port and connect to that with wireshark).

I do not have problems when I run the standalone access points. I'm having this problem when I run with Zonedirect 1200. There is no conflict over wired netow rope. I will share with you whether recording package with wire Shark.

ferdi & martin...

i "think" its one of those issue to do with ARP table flooding (ER-2106). its recommend to upgrade to 9.9.1 MR version. May be you can start troubleshooting from there..

btw - one of my customer's ZD1100 had similar issue for couple of months and upgrading to 9.9.1, problem not seen any more. it was above issue which i mentioned...

ferdi made a point, since this issue happens only to controller hence when he makes AP as standalone, they all work ok...

ferdi,

if you are trying solve this issue then i would advice that just stick to upgrading either to 9.9.0.0.216 or 9.9.1 MR version. sometime bug fixes does not get carried forward to newer version due to human error.
If you running a hardware which works only on 9.12.0.0.336 or feature which is on 9.12.0.0.336 then it make sense to contact support get confirmation or review the release notes and then upgrade...

What problems did not accept
I'm doing the incorrect version of the installation.Which version should I install. The present version 9.9.0.0 build 205.
The support entitlement file is missing or invalid. Please contact Ruckus Support for further assistance.

you should be able to upgrade from 9.9.0.0 build 205 to 9.9.1.0.31 however you will have to contact support to get your firmware download trouble sorted...

The problem was solved by making the product activation
