ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding after 30-60 seconds when connected to customers LAN

ZD 1200 running latest 9.10 firmware.

6 x 7372 AP's connected via Cisco SG300-10 PoE switch.

I have tried different IP's on the same LAN.

I have tried putting the ZD in a DMZ and restricted firewall access to it.

Cyberoam CR100iNG firewall.

Juniper EX4400 (x5 in virtual chassis)

If the ZD is not connected to the customers LAN, it works without issue.

Suggestions please.

Hi Rob,

when "ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding when connected to customer LAN". Did you check the following and what was the outcome?

are you able to ping ZD1200?
are you able to SSH into ZD1200?
If you connect wired directly to controller, are you able to access the controller?
what is the error thrown when web UI stops responding?
did you try in a different browser and on a different computer?
when ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding, what happens after that...does it remain like this for ever or it comes back after some minutes.hours?
when ZD 1200 Web UI stops responding, do the AP remain connected and online?
what happens if you reboot the controller, does the webui get restored after reboot?

Ping works fine when UI stops responding.

SSH also stops responding when UI fails.

Wired directly to the ZD does not work either once the UI stops responding.

Tried multiple computers and different browsers.

ZD remains not responding for ever until power cycled.  I have left the ZD for a over 48 hours in this state.

The AP's stop communicating to the ZD as well.  RADUIS authentication also fails.

Yes the UI comes back up when power cycled, but only for 30-60 seconds.

Ruckus already have replaced the ZD once, this is a brand new installation.
