CAN NOT REGISTER DEAL ON RUCKUS PARTNER PORTAL

Dear All,

Please help with this case. I have tried to register deal on the ruckus partner portal. but can not. When I chose the hardware,The NAME did not appear anything?

Is this Ruckus portal problem?
