Getting duplicate MAC error on L2 ACL when there is no duplicate

I am unable to add any MAC addresses to one of my L2 ACLs, which only has 49 addresses in it at the moment. No address can be added and no duplicate exists in the list itself already. I am able to add addresses to other ACLs, so I suspect that there is some sort of database index corruption on that one ACL, but that is just a wild guess. Is there a function that would let me rebuild such an index? Is there a way to export the MAC addresses to CSV so that I could import them into a different ACL and switch to that one? Am I barking up the wrong tree entirely?

After figuring out how to set up a CSV file for import, I tried this as an alternative. The import process indicated a successful import, but the MAC still does not display in the list of MACs in the interface. Again, this points to some sort of index corruption to me.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for reaching out to our Forum. Yes this indeed sound like DB issue, we can try re indexing ES (elastic search) but it would be better to have an expert TSE while doing so. Can you please open a case with us to perform an re indexing on ES.

You can open up a case from below either way :

1) You can call our support helpline and a rep would help creating a case :

2) You can directly open a case via our support portal :

Hi Mark,
the quick-fix is to export the MAC address filter to a CSV, import it under a new name and switch the new filter with the old in the configuration of your WLAN.
