Why is premium support required for an upgrade?
I recently came on as Director of Technology for a school district that is using the Ruckus SmartZone 100. I notice that there is a new version available (126.96.36.199.675) and I was interested in upgrading. However, when I try to download it - it tells me that I need premium support.
We currently have SLED Support for the device - is this different than premium? Why is premium required for software downloads for our product and will the newer version ever be available to me?
