Ruckus R 510 access point power light blinking

I lost power at my home for a second with rain and heavy thunderstorms. From then my ap power light is blinking after it is restarted. no internet connection.

I checked with comcast provider and verified internet connection is fine. I am able to connect to internet by hard connecting to modem.

I see power light blinking means - System started, no routable IP address detected.

How can I fix this?

I used to manage ruckus unleashed from mobile app when I am able to connect to wifi.

Now I am not able to connect to wifi from ap, how can manage the unleashed ap

Hi Vinod,

Disconnect the ethernet cable from AP and connect it directly to your laptop, check if your laptop gets an IP address. This will confirm if there is any issue with switch port or wired network.

If your laptop gets IP but AP does not, then factory reset the AP by pushing and holding reset button for 12 seconds. Now access DHCP lease table to find the IP against AP and then access the AP.

Please make sure your laptop is connected to wired network while you perform above.
