User guest accounts expired even those with a year to come
Just got a call from a customer that since this afternoon all her users on their guest network started complaining that their guest passes where expired, even those issued for a year period. The year is not yet over but still everybody was kicked-out.
Our obvious thought was that due to some odd reason the time on the ZoneDirector was reset to factory defaults due to a power-cut, however we were not able to get that confirmed with our customer yet.
Are there any known reasons why this could have happened and what to do to remedy the issue?
