Would like to RMA bad R510

I bought a new Lennar home that came pre-installed with Ruckus APs. One of my AP's port 1 with PoE is not working. It won't light up to power and connect the AP. I've tried connecting with AC power and port 2 is working. I'm trying to RMA but it wouldn't take my serial number. Does anyone know the process?

Hi Rob,

If AP was not registred and activated on Ruckus portal, you may not be able to find it while raising the case.

I will suggest you to contact Lennar or directly contact Ruckus support hotline and admin team may halp you.

oh Rob, after you get your replacement, make sure it's on firmware 200.6.x before you add it on your current network...

Do you have access to the 7150? Typically, during a power outage the switch will reboot and lose it's Power over Ethernet config.

You can gain access to the 7150 via the console, you'll need a USB cable. Here is a live stream recording where we discussed this:
