cant reach ZD1100 home page

cant  access home page for ZD 1100. network shows ip address.  but i get error window  "1 interrupted action"  "no such interface supported"

Can anyone else reach your ZD WebUI?  Can you ping/SSH to your ZD IP address and get Login prompt ok?
Have you rebooted your ZD, and did that recover service?  How many APs on what version of ZD code?

no one can reach it.  i will try reboot.  i have 3 ap's    ZD1106   9.6.1.0

it appears on the network but the ip is not accessible

And this is after the reboot?  Is there a workstation on the same LAN (not remote) as the ZD?
Can they ping, SSH, or WebUI to the ZD's IP?

If your box is totally inaccessable, Tech Support is your only help.  They'll need your ZD's serial number.

rebooted. no luck.  pinged and got instant response, so its on the network and receiving.  i believe its the SSL issue?  what can I do to fix? very frustrtating. Thanks
