Hi Chbane,

  • Please try to check if both AP and ZD have connectivity to each other.
  • SSH into AP using default password (username:admin,password:sp-admin), and enter below commands
           set scg ip 
reboot
  • After AP reboot, it should connect to the ZD.

If you still observe any issues please download AP support info and screen shot of ZD interface after navigating to Monitor>>Access points and open a case with Ruckus support (https://support.ruckuswireless.com/contact-us).

i already use this command, i should use    set zone director ip
but this command don't exit in this ap

Hi Chabane,


I am sorry the command should have been "set director ip 192.168.10.10" (please use your ZD IP instead of 192.168.10.10) and "reboot" .


If you observe AP not joining the ZD, please open a ticket with Ruckus Support.

hi
when i acced to all ap connected to the zd it exit the command set director ip,

but this ap have not this command, i try to apgrade it but it don't accept any apgrade

Please open a case with Ruckus Support with your available time for WebEx, so this issue can be addressed.
