I have a client that purchased a 2942 system with 4 Ruckus 2942 Multimedia Hotzone Wireless AP.

The problem that I am having is that occasionally all 4 of the AP’s will restart. The uptime on the director hardware does not show any change, but the uptime on all 4 of the AP’s will show how ever many corrosponding hours it has been since the client lost wireless access.

Am i missing some kind of scheduled restart setting…or something that may be causing them to restart?

all of the AP’s are connected via PoE…all of the PoE adapters are plugged in to the same battery backup as the director hardware.

any suggestions are appreciated.
