Hi,

I’m having a hard time configuring ZoneDirector for 802.1x.

I’ve configured the WLAN to use the internal users DB without Zero-IT which does not work on my Vista. I’ve tried every client configuation possible: PEAP/EAP, EAP/GTC, PEAP/MSCHAPv2 without luck.

Can anyone help me with this? Is there any step-by-step guide available from Ruckus?

We need to have additional information for us to help you. Could you send email to support@ruckuswireless.com with model number of your ZoneDirector, type and number of APs you have in your network, RADIUS server you are using, and its configuration?

Where did you purchase your ZoneFlex products from?
