hi!

I see that the my ruckus ap has 5 ports at the back. When i check my vlan settings, there is a green tick on all ports and wireless ssids and all ssids have a vlan Id of 1.

Now from what i understand all ports and all ssids are in the same lan?

So i went ahead an connected a multicast video streaming server to port 1 but i could not receive any multicast traffic on my listeners on the wireless side.

Then i connected one of the laptops on the wireless and multicasted from it. this worked fine. I could receive it on the wireless listeners and also wired listeners.

So my question is. why cany i sent multicast from the wired source.
