I was looking, for a client, at the download/upload rate limiting feature.
OS8 supports limiting to 100kbs/250kbs/500kbs/1mbps/2mbps/5mbps/10mbps/20mbps/50mbps

If internet (DSL at about 15M DL and 1M UL) is offered in a hospital ward to 35 patients, and the connection is getting maxed out, what would you be inclined to set the cap at for upload/download for each client?

I know this is variable, subject to minimum streaming requirements which I haven’t defined, but if any of you reading could reply I am trying to let it be an open responce.
