Hello Everybody

I am very interested in Ruckus wireless system for my home. I have tired serveral vendors including dlink and apple and was not satisfied by the perfomance and range. I have a 3600sq home and my broadband connection is located in the basement. currently i have apple airport extreme and two airport remotes in a wds setup with a very poor reception. i was wondering if the ruckus aps can cover a house the size of mine while providing good perfomance and if yes how many devices would be suitable for a 3600sq house.

Depending on the number of floors of the house, walls, etc I would say 1 centrally located AP such as the 2942 would work. If not (2) 2942’s for sure.

I have had a few “monster” home installs where we used QTY (2) 2942’s. These were 3 story homes with mutile fireplaces, in floor piping, tile and marble everywhere, 2 kitches etc.
