I have two MM2211 broadband gateways, one with the older and simpler HTTP interface, the newer with optional external antenna and the “nicer”, HTTPS GUI. There are two wifi networks nearby (SSID: WifiZone):

WifiZone 00:0E:8E:7C:B5:53 AP no 11 15/0 0
WifiZone 00:C0:CA:19:FD:B6 AP no 13 31/0 0

This is what the older MM2211 sees. The best (closer) network would be 00:C0:CA:19:FD:B6. By setting the BSSID mode to “Locked”, it works as it should. However, the newer MM2211 doesn’t see this network, and if set to “Locked” it can’t ever connect!

What is the model number and the serial number of the one with the external antenna? Can you send that information as well as the support text, which you can get from Maintenance→Support page when you login, to support@ruckuswireless.com? Please put <http://forums.ruckuswireless.com/forums/4/topic…> on the subject line.

The Maintenance menu has only Upgrade and Reboot options. Meanwhile they changed their ESSID-s to WifiZone1 and WifiZone2.
