Hello:

I am trying to log on to the Ruckus web interface using the default password and user name.

When I type in “password” in both IE and Firefox, the masking dots disappear and nothing happens.

I am afraid to reset to factory defaults as the WAN BSSID must be set manually or the WAN will never be picked up,and I’ll never get in to the interface.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I am not sure what happened, but after a few more tries resetting to factory defaults, I was able to get in to the interface.

I am still not sure why the password masking dots would disappear. (Nothing to do with being case sensitive)

So far so good.
