Using the 4 rj-45 ports on 2111

Hey guys,

I own a ruckus 2111 device and I was wondering why the 4 rj45 ports don´t work while trying to connect devices there.

Can someone help me?

Luis, there is only 1 Ethernet RJ45 port on the back of the 2111.

I´m sorry I meant the 2825. When I try to connect a device on one of its 4 ethernet ports it doesn´t work. Any solution?

Luis, it depends on which firmware release is running on your 2825. If it is a 4.1 build, then the 4 Ether ports are part of the Management VLAN and do not have a connection to any of the wireless SSIDs. Traffic received on these 4 ports is forwarded out on the WAN (5) port.
