Hi, I purchase Ruckus MetroFlex 2211-DZ to get better connection with MetroFi in Sunnyvale. My laptop built in WiFi connects to MetroFi with good signal strength but I have to keep laptop near window and can’t move otherwise drops signal. After doing search on MetroFi website they higly recommend MetroFlex 2211-DZ product. But I am having problems even connection to MetroFi network where I am writing email with built-in Wifi connected to MetroFi. I have latest firmware 3.5.0-1675 (Nov 2007). I have notice that after upgrading (modem did that automatically) it is not working at all. It was working fine with previous firmware release in May 2007 (that’s the one came with modem). I have done all the steps according to manual and still no connection, which is very frustrating because new firmware suppose to improve performance not other way. I have also sent email at support@ruckuswireless.com with serial number and contact detail. If you help me out by sending previous version of firmware (not available on website to download) will help me.

If I don’t get any help return the product and report to MetroFi that don’t suggest product with such high price which doesn’t even work but I am sure you will resolve it.
