Hello. I recently bought a used 2211 to connect to the Metro-Fi service in Portland. I got it up and configured without any problem and it was working great. Then it stopped working and wouldn’t let me open open it’s GUI at 192.168.1.1. When I figured out how to get back into the GUI (by manually setting an IP address on my station in the same subnet) I could see that the 2211 auto upgraded it’s firmware to a DZ version. I thought I bought an 2211 ST… did I actually score a 2211 DZ? or did it just grab the latest firmware even though it doesn’t have the DZ functionality? I don’t have a wireless device to test it right at the moment. Thanks for any reply… |
