Hi Im working with development of network an services like IPTV. I bought a MF2900 with 3 MF2501 for trial in our network with IPTV. The main resone for this is to show that IPTV can be delivered over Wifi in a home enviroment. We have our own playout sources with bouth DVB-S and DVB-T signals converted to a multicaststream deliverd to a STB inverioment. The SD signal uses 6Mbps and HD 19Mbps. My first tests of this dosen’t give a satisfied picture, packet loss. There is no problem to get the STB to boot using multicast or join and leave groups, the tested tv-signal is SD 6Mbps. What is your test environment like? Do you have other wireless devices in your test environment such as wireless APs, 2.4Ghz cordless phones, or Microwave ovens? You should be able to stream either 3SD streams or 1 HD stream without problem you are describing in clean environment.
