	&lt;p&gt;Thank you for the reply. We have not made any performance improvement to the follow on firmware release for 2825. If you are seeing poor performance, you may want to check whether you are using Video &lt;span class="caps"&gt;WLAN&lt;/span&gt;, not the Data &lt;span class="caps"&gt;WLAN&lt;/span&gt;. You will find the configuration and management information from the 2825/2111 User Guide which is available at &amp;lt;&lt;a href="http://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/for_product/mf2825"&gt;http://support.ruckuswireless.com/documents/for&amp;#8230;&lt;/a&gt;&amp;gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hello,&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;m currently running a 2825 with 4.1.0.96 firmware.&lt;br /&gt;I saw that the 4.2.0.132 is available.&lt;br /&gt;Been trying to update by logging in as &amp;#8220;super&amp;#8221;.&lt;br /&gt;Seems like all options can&amp;#8217;t work.&lt;br /&gt;tftp method will tell me &amp;#8220;timeout after 5 retries&amp;#8221; &lt;br /&gt;ftp method will tell me &amp;#8220;control file download problem&amp;#8221; &lt;br /&gt;As for web method, I don&amp;#8217;t know the address to input.&lt;/p&gt;
