I’m currently running a 2825 with 4.1.0.96 firmware.
I saw that the 4.2.0.132 is available.
Been trying to update by logging in as “super”.
Seems like all options can’t work.
tftp method will tell me “timeout after 5 retries”
ftp method will tell me “control file download problem”
As for web method, I don’t know the address to input.

Please advise.

Is there any reason why you want to upgrade? Which IPTV Service Provider did you acquire your 2825 from?

I’m an independent system integrator, using the 2825 for a client who needs media streaming for quite a huge area.
Reason for upgrading is to test if there will be any performance improvement.

Thank you for the reply. We have not made any performance improvement to the follow on firmware release for 2825. If you are seeing poor performance, you may want to check whether you are using Video WLAN, not the Data WLAN.
