Dear all,

I bought a ruckus (2821/2121) combination for use with Belgacom TV, but on the 2821 (access point), the wireless led (third led from the left, the one with the little antenna) is not burning (no green, no flickering, no red or amber, nothing). On the other side, the third led of the 2121 is burning (constant green).
Belgacom TV is, of course, not working.
Does anyone know why this is, and provide a solution?

Wireless LED (antenna LED) off means wireless is not enabled on the AP. But you are saying the same LED on the 2121 is solid green which means it is connected to the AP, I don’t know how it is possible.
